When a topic is identified to launch on the MindSumo platform, our account managers work with you to craft a rough draft of the proposed topic. Upon launching the challenge, the MindSumo platform can filter down to the specific segments of the MindSumo audience that are most relevant for your challenge purposes. Challenges can be as short as a week or less, or remain active on the platform for a month or more if the topic is particularly difficult or requires robust solutions.
MindSumo clients can also choose to white label the platform to be able to launch their own branded and customized challenges for multiple communities.
