It uses custom ChatGPT to engage leads and book appointments and can synchronize data from property listing websites such as Zillow automatically and deploy it to Text SMS, website, and AirBnB within 10 minutes.
The platform offers a free version and a starting price of $19/month. It supports lead capture, CRM integration, and about 95 languages.
The chatbot can be embedded on any page of a website or added as a chat bubble to the bottom right of the website. It uses GPT-3.5-turbo by default, but users have the option to use GPT-4 on the Standard and Unlimited plans.
