VICIhost is an enterprise class, hosted contact center solution with predictive dialer capabilities. It can handle inbound, outbound, and blended phone calls, as well as inbound email and customer website chat, all within the same agent screen. It is extremely flexible and scalable. A large VICIdial installation can handle over two million(2,000,000) phone calls per day, with over five hundred(500) agents handling calls and internet communications from customers. There are also over two thousand(2,000) settings and configuration options, allowing easy customization of distinct call flows, agent permissions and other settings.

At VICIhost, we use our own hardware that is custom-built for high-capacity call center use. We have two hosting facilities that our services are supplied from: Our primary facility in Tampa, FL, and our secondary facility in Central Ohio(just outside of Columbus). Both facilities have blended internet from multiple Internet backbone providers and telco connections from multiple carriers. These facilities also have multiple layers of redundant power backup and both are SSAE-16/SAS-70 certified. The facilities are manned 24 hours a day 365 days a year by on-site technicians.

We won't lock you into a long-term contract, our services are offered on a month-to-month basis. You can add or remove capacity quickly. You can also choose to move your system in-house if you want.
