What do you like best?
Their customer service comes first ,they are always available every minute of the day to guide us whenever we encountered an hurdle using this software.The user interface is a also a plus ; it is self explanatory and allows you find your way around the software in minutes. They also have a large resource base(video,article) which act as a guide to users of the program on the enormous potential of this program.
What do you dislike?
Enterprise pricing at $149 monthly is grossly overpriced and should be abit cheaper.
What benefits have you realized?
When we started using Livechat we saw an increase in the rate of completed chat between our help agents and website visitors.We also saw our bounce rate on the website greatly reduced.
