Easy-to-use software enables you to get the minutes circulated to all attendees as soon as the meeting finishes. Assign actions to people and track their progress to make your meetings more accountable.

The free version of the software allows you to take minutes on the fly, straight in to a browser window without having to even register. Capture the key discussion points and assign actions to people using their email address. If you like, you can even send a link to other participants so they can see a browser window with the minutes taking shape as the meeting progresses - great for correcting key points and getting the minutes 'approved' as you go along.

When the meeting finishes and you click Send, you have the option of sending a pdf of the minutes and if you like an action reminder to everyone who was in the meeting.

For the paid for version, you get access to a management dashboard where you can set up meetings in advance, create the agenda, allocate people to write reports in advance and it will even automatically create the meeting pack for you, with all the reports collated. You can get Magic Minutes to send meeting invites, requests for reports and chase up actions from previous meetings.

In between meetings, users can add comments about progress on their actions and mark them as complete. Then, if you set up a 'follow up meeting', all the previously agreed actions will appear in the minutes so you can review the comments and change their status between open and complete.

Best of all you see all of your meetings and actions in one place. Use it to prioritise your time, and sit with your team and agree their priorities with them.
