Nothing says ‘Professional!’ like a daily report delivered on time and with all the detail that stakeholders need to make informed decisions on a construction project. NoteVault daily reports include detail such as weather, LME tracking, safety and progress notes all collated with appropriate photos for easy reading.

Automatically Delivered Daily

Set up email recipients and shared storage services such as Box and Sharepoint to receive Daily Reports fresh each morning. The NoteVault platform can be easily configured to manage content that automatically goes into the Daily Report so you’re in complete control.

10 Years of Storage

All data including audio files, images, photos, emails and LME detail sent to the NoteVault platform are available to NoteVault customers for at least 10 years. If you need to generate a daily report from a project 6 months ago, no problem. The date time stamping on all notes and attachments is retained and cannot be altered by anyone. This ensures that a daily report, generated from a given date in the past can not be refuted as a log of activity captured that day on that job site.
