DaysPlan is an easy way to track and manage paid time off (PTO), leave, and vacation time. We are also releasing a new feature that allows companies to set up timesheets for employees and have them clock in/out on days they work. Along with our cloud-based software available for desktop, we offer a mobile app for the App Store and Google Play Store. Using the app, employees can make time off requests on their phone and review their current PTO balances. Managers can approve or deny requests from the app.
DaysPlan is very customizable. Set up levels and departments and categorize your staff into them, nominate multiple managers for leave requests, create custom days off to meet your business leave policy, and pick any start date for vacation accruals. We can automatically include calendar year holidays for any country, which makes the setup process even simpler. Use our list of standard time off types or create your own. DaysPlan software can accommodate both annual grant and monthly accrual time off allocation plans. Additionally, we'll automatically track employee time off eligibility and balances based on company specific policies. Managers bad about logging in? They'll get an email for any time off requests so that they don't get overlooked.
Some of our other great features are the ability to message other employees and managers in the system, cancel approved leave if plans change, and send team calendars to existing Google and Outlook calendars or, if preferred, import Google/Outlook calendar data into DaysPlan.
